A set of physical postcards were designed and mailed to potential recruits as invitation tickets which contained a QR code redirecting them to the website page. Each recruit had a personalized landing page.

served as a tool to:
Establish trust, create a more engaging and relevant experience, and showing that the team values each potential recuit as a unique adition to the program.
